Today’s workout is going to start out with skill development in the single leg squat and wall walks. During this longer skill session, the focus is on quality movement not volume and intensity. For the workout the goal is to see how long can you hang onto the barbell without putting it down. Try tackling this as an EMOM or completing a complex every minute on the minute. Also we have a new movement with the back rack thruster.
