Today we have a fun partner workout, one part “You go, I go” and one part require cooperation. In your teams of two you will complete 4 rounds for time that include calories on the bike or rower and synchronized work with a plate G2O and sit-ups. On the bike/rower today, you will want to bring the intensity. You will have a one to one work to rest ratio. Have a strategy with your partner here to keep the intensity high. The bike rewards hard effort. When you get into the plate G2O and sit-ups, you and your partner will complete the reps together as synchronized as you can. This will require you to slow down a bit and work together. You will each complete 25 reps here. Should be a fun day after a long week and a heavy Open workout.
