Today we are looking to get more comfortable with higher reps under a heavy load. In the strength section we will take 15 minutes to build to a moderate-heavy 10 rep back squat. This is not a 10RM so we expect consist quality in movement with a 1 second rest at the top. For the workout today, we have a sprint style format where the expectation is to go unbroken for all the front squats and move as quickly as you can through the T2B.
