Today is another benchmark workout with “Helen.” Our weather is not going to allow us to run outside, so we will be modifying this one today with a row or bike. This should be a fast workout with very little rest. This will feel different without the runs as the runs do make this workout tough. If rowing, your forearm strength will be affected for the swings and pull-ups, but will maintain a lower heart rate. If biking, you will have more of the feel of running (high heart rate) with the preservation of grip. We have a 15 minute time cap today.
