After our benchmark workout yesterday and a benchmark tomorrow, we have a moderate paced workout for today. With walking lunges and box jumps, we will se how those legs are doing today. A good goal is to complete each round in 5 minutes or less. If the amount of box jumps and push ups are over whelming, we can modify the number lower if needed.
