We have a partner barbell workout today. A good goal is to hit the front squats in sets of 10. With the Clean and Jerks and Snatch Clusters, we can shoot to complete them in sets of 2-3, even getting down to quick singles towards the end. We are looking to complete this one in less than 20 minutes with some teams doing much better than that. See you all next week!
