This workout is all about getting comfortable being uncomfortable. We are look to find a challenging pace on round one and hold throughout the workout. Starting with the row, we will need to push the pace if we want to finish in the 22 minute hard cap. This will not be a place to rest. For the muscle ups, if you are not able to perform the movement unbroken or in two very quick sets, we will look to modify to a challenging pull up option that allows for this. Keep an eye on the clock today. We want the rounds done in 4:00 or less. Have FUN!!
