Today will be a full day. We will be starting with a strength session featuring the Push Press. The format should be familiar by now with three total sets and the third set hitting a minimum of 3 reps but attempting to get as many as you can. For the workout, we are looking for a near 100% effort today. This will be a gasser, so dig deep and keep those legs working. After you catch your breath, we will have you hook up with a partner a do a 400 meter Farmers Carry. You will switch off with the weight as you see fit.
