We will be starting with a Front Squat Strength Session. Today things are going to feel heavier with the third session hitting that 85-90% mark. The workout is a benchmark with “Point Break.” We are looking for a weight that we can get through the 9-7-5 unbroken. When we hit the middle of the workout, don’t “Break” mentally, hence the name. We want to dig deep at this point as our legs are going to be pretty tired. Focus on clearing that bar during the burpees and moving well in the squats. We will have a 15 minute hard cap today.
