We have a challenging EMOM today. We are looking for the athletes to pick a calorie number on the bike or rower that is a HARD effort for :45-:50 seconds. This means you should be a bit scared when you have to get to the bike/rower. Today, the deadlifts should be tough and go, not singles. We are looking for time under tension today. Keep the burpee pace smooth and even. With the stimulus, we are looking for a tough mental effort. You will have to dig deep on this one.
