We will be hitting a team 10K row today. With a 1:2 work to rest ratio, you should get plenty of rest allowing you to push the row hard every effort. Each time you get off the rower, you will perform 10 HRPU and 15 sit-ups. This should be a really fun day at the gym. When ever we have group and team rows, we always have great energy.
