We will be retesting our Push Press today. We will start with a strength session where we will get 15 minutes to build to a 1RM Push press. This should be a great opportunity for some loud music, commaraderie and PRs.

For our workout today, we will bebe hitting an ascending-descending rep with the Push Jerk. Between each set, there will be a 15 cal row (hence the name PUSH. PULL). With a 15 minute time cap, we are looking for your Push Jerks to be unbroken or completed in two sets with very little rest. This a benchmark, so lets get after it.
