It has been a tough week so far. We have asked a lot out of both of our classes, CrossFit and Modus. Today’s programing is going to give the class a chance at some active recovery. We do intend on having you move the whole hour, but we want to focus on quality movement over intensity. For the EMOM, all three movements are programmed so that you can modify up or down very easily. This will be your choice today so listen to your body and ask the coach if you have any concerns or question. The intent is to work for 50 seconds of each minute with 10 seconds of rest. If you would have a weighted jump rope, today is the day to pull it out. Finally we are going to finish up with some weighted sit-ups. This will be done with a partner. While P1 works for a minute, P2 will hold their feet. You will then switch jobs each minute.
