Today we have a repeat of a benchmark workout. “California Love” is 30 Squat Clean and Jerks for time with the added bonus of 5 burpees every five reps during the workout. Prior to the workout, we have an extended warm-up giving you the chance to build a little heavier than the weight you will use in the workout.

*Immediately before workout, build up quickly to 15-25% heavier than workout weight
