Today’s focus is the Snatch. We will be spending some time getting this movement warmed up prior to our strength section. In the Strength Section, we will take 25 minutes to build to a 1RM Snatch. The workout today is short and sweet. On a five minute clock, you will start out with 30 Burpees, think of this as a buy-in, the perform max reps of the power snatch. we are looking for quick reps her with minimal rest between sets and reps. We are looking for 25+ snatches.
