We have a benchmark workout today. Today’s workout is going to require a smooth, consistent effort. For the Box Jumps, we want to get a consistent pace that allows us to move right to the barbell when complete. You should be able to hit big sets on the Push Press with 1-2 sets in the first few rounds and 3-4 sets in later rounds. A little bit of extra work with the sit-ups every three minutes, but just drop to the floor and power through to get back to the real work. This will be a fun workout to bring in the new year!
