Today we are going to start things out playing around with the Hand Stand Walk. We will have modifications for all levels with the goal of getting you a little more comfortable being upside down. For the workout we have a 15 minute EMOM with Push-ups, bike or row and V-ups. Goals were are to find a challenging number of Cals on the Bike/Rower that we will push you all five “rounds” of the workout. For the Push-ups and V-Ups, we want to set the bar in the first couple rounds then push to maintain the same rep count int he later rounds.
