Today we will be retesting the Clean and Jerk. This lift was tested back in April and August, so look back to help gauge where you ant to go today. In the workout today, we are looking for a moderate load with high intensity. The weight on the barbell should be something that you could do 5+ reps of in each movement when fresh. For the S2OH, you can Push Press, Push Jerk or Split Jerk. However it is done, we are looking for 2 sets max. Remember that every time you drop the barbell with the S2OH, you will have to re-clean it. The intended time on this one should be 7:00 and under with the fittest athletes at 4:00-5:00 or faster. This is meant to go fast!
