Today was have a very famous CrossFit benchmark with “Fran.” This a a very complimentary couplet of thrusters and pull-ups. This will tax both your strength and your conditioning. Max time on this one is 8:00, but if you really want to know what this workout is supposed to feel like, get it done in under 5:00. We will spend some time before the workout building your thruster weight on working on our kipping pull-ups.
