We have a fun workout today. During the skill session, we will be working through a complex of SA KB movements. Take this time to work to develop better technique in these movements while building load. For the workout, we have a Double AMRAP both feature a triplet. The first movement changes with the first AMRAP having double unders and the second having sumo deadlift high pulls. In both AMRAPS, the reps of the DUs and SDHP will increase by 10 reps each round. This will get grippy. Should be lots of fun!

*Complete entire complex on L-arm then R-arm. After successful completion on both arms, build in load.
