We have a fun partner workout today to finish out your week. In your team of two, you will have a 1:1 workout to rest ratio. The working partner will complete a triplet of running, wall balls and burpees while the other partner rests. We will be asking for an all out effort while working knowing your will be getting some rest right after. After the workout we will be doing a fun core torching Finisher.
