We will be starting out today with a skill session that focuses on kipping and toes to bar. This will be a great opportunity to work to develop the T2B movement if you don’t currently have it and if you are doing T2B, we will work to be more efficient in our kip to hopefully be able to get more reps in a set. The workout is a series of tabatas. We will be looking for a fast cycle time on all the movements today. Should be a good time.
