We are going to continue our focus on our skills with the double under today. We will spend some time focusing one the technique in a warmup and practice session. Then for the workout, you will have 4 rounds of a triplet of DUs, Rowing and hand release pushups. The name of the game here is to keep moving. We are looking for very minimal rest. To finish up, we are going to get an upper body pump with some barbell curls.
